For example: an infrastructure, cultural facilities, an activity or a measure (programs, partnerships, policies, action plans, etc.)
The project must be realized after 2004.
You must fill out the Candidacy File. The file posts further details on the evaluation criteria. Hard copies of the form may be obtained through our office.
You must transmit photos of the realization (5 maximum). It won’t be evaluated but will serve for dissemination.
Be attentive in fulfilling the form! Completed forms will be posted as received on the website of Les Arts et la Ville.
The prize will be awarded to the winning municipality on Thursday, May 28, 2009 at a dinner of the 22th annual colloquium of Les Arts et la Ville, held in Lévis.
The realizations are evaluated by an independent jury made up of representatives from the cultural and municipal spheres, as well as partners. The jury reserves the right not to award a prize if the achievements submitted do not meet the criteria.
The projects will be permanently posted on the website of Les Arts et la Ville. The winner will also be highlighted in a communication campaign in the media and among main municipal and cultural associations.
The electronic version of the candidacy file must arrive before March 6, 2009 by e-mail at recherche@arts-ville.org or on a CD-ROM by conventional mail at the following address:
